Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, seeks an In-Home Sales Representative to join our growing team. You will meet homeowners in their homes, present our products, and provide accurate estimates with thorough documentation. All leads are provided—no cold calling, ever.

Base salary plus commissions, plus performance bonuses, with uncapped earnings potential and a total compensation of $200k–$300k per year. Comprehensive benefits and state-of-the-art sales training accompany this role.

Qualifications

• In-Home Sales, Outside Sales, or Business to Consumer Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to meet and exceed goals.
• Must be self-motivated and results oriented.
• Ability to attend one-time training session in Madison, WI

Responsibilities

• Meet with potential clients in their homes, demonstrating our unique products and outstanding services
• Provide timely presentations, accurate estimates, and detailed documentation
• Become a professional expert, fulfilling all steps in providing customer service beyond expectations to generate repeat business
