Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity company, seeks an In-Home Sales Representative to meet homeowners, present our products, and close high‑value projects.

With provided leads, you’ll rely on a proven sales system and dedicated training to drive results. Average reps earn 200k–300k per year with uncapped commissions, plus W2 benefits, PTO, and a 401(k) plan with company match.

Evening and Saturday appointments are required; Madison, WI training session; strong self‑motivation expected.

Qualifications

• In-Home Sales, Outside Sales, or B2C sales experience preferred.
• Ability to meet and exceed goals.
• Must be self-motivated and results oriented.
• Ability to attend one-time training session in Madison, WI.

Responsibilities

• Meet with potential clients in their homes, demonstrating our products and services.
• Provide timely presentations, accurate estimates, and detailed documentation.
• Foster long-term customer relationships to generate repeat business.
