Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity company, is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to meet homeowners, present our products, and prepare accurate estimates. All leads are provided, with 2–3 pre-qualified appointments daily, no cold-calling required, and W2 employment with benefits.

Average reps earn $200k–$300k per year with uncapped commissions. Training occurs in Madison, WI; applicants should be able to work evenings and some Saturdays.

Qualifications

• In-Home Sales, Outside Sales, or Business to Consumer Sales experience preferred.
• Must be self-motivated and results oriented.

Responsibilities

• Meet with potential clients in their homes, demonstrating our products and services.
• Provide timely presentations, accurate estimates, and detailed documentation.
• Fulfilling all steps in providing customer service to generate repeat business.
