Job summary

Windows USA is looking for an Outside Sales Employee to support our sales team by conducting in-home consultations and presentations. This unique position offers commission-only compensation with the potential to earn up to $300,000 annually, depending on performance.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of outside sales experience, preferably in home improvement, and be self-motivated to manage their sales pipeline effectively. This role requires frequent travel and the ability to work evenings and weekends to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of outside, commission-based sales experience, preferably in home improvement.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends and maintain a field-based schedule.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to pre-set and self-generated residential sales appointments.
