West Shore Home, a technology-driven home improvement company, is seeking an in-home Sales Representative in Indianapolis, IN. You will meet with customers in their homes, present remodeling options, and guide them through the decision process using our sales method.

This role offers a rotating schedule, warm leads (no cold calling), and high earning potential with uncapped commissions and an annual bonus. First-year earnings can reach $200K+ for top performers.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly connect with customers in-home.
• Competitive nature with drive to succeed.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Sales experience or related background in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles.
• Smartphone required to log into company systems using two-factor authentication.
• Veterans and spouses encouraged to apply.
• Bilingual Spanish/English candidates encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Sit down with potential customers at their homes to provide an in-depth consultant on products.
• Communicate the value of products and installation quality.
• Work with customers to find options that fit their budget.
• Close sales and complete post-sale activity.
• Sales appointments run for approximately 2 hours.
