SIR Home Improvements is hiring two In-Home Sales Consultants to join our growing sales team in Michigan. You will meet homeowners at company-provided, pre-qualified appointments, understand needs, present options, and guide them through the purchase process.

Average first-year earnings range from $90,000 to $120,000, with top performers earning $250,000+ annually. Evening and Saturday availability is required, with comprehensive training provided.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred, but home improvement sales experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Conducting professional in-home sales consultations
• Building rapport and establishing trust with homeowners
• Identifying customer needs through effective questions and active listening
• Presenting customized remodeling solutions (windows, bathrooms, kitchens)
• Delivering a structured and proven sales presentation
• Educating homeowners on product, project, and financing options
• Asking for the sale and closing business
• Following up appropriately with prospective customers
• Maintaining accurate appointment and customer records
• Managing your schedule and arriving prepared for appointments
• Consistently working toward individual sales and performance goals
• Participating in ongoing sales training and coaching
• Following proven company processes while bringing your own personality to each consultation
