Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Pass drug screen, credit check, and criminal background check.
• Prior in-home or direct-to-consumer sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales appointments and build trust with customers.
• Identify customer needs and propose home improvement solutions.
• Present detailed, consultative proposals and close sales.
• Submit contracts and payment information accurately and timely.
• Attend daily sales meetings to enhance product knowledge.
