Job summary

Trinity Total Home is seeking Direct Sales Associates to drive revenue by presenting our product suite to homeowners in their residences. You will be trained from scratch and compensated throughout the process, with an emphasis on building trust and delivering tailored solutions.

We offer hands-on training, a commission structure with annual earnings between $100,000 and $250,000, and a $4,000 paid training period during your first eight weeks.

Qualifications

• Experience in-home or direct sales preferred.
• Background in teaching, small business owners, construction, or construction consulting is advantageous.
• Must be accountable, coachable, and reliable, able to handle rejection and persevere.

Responsibilities

• Identify homeowners who fit Trinity's product suite and move them from first contact to signed agreement.
• Build trust with clients through clear communication and problem solving.
• Attend weekly sales training and one-on-one trainings with top producers.
• Close deals, meet targets, and grow your prospect database.
• Develop and manage a growing sales pipeline to secure referrals.
