Trinity Total Home is hiring Direct Sales Associates in the United States. You will be trained from the ground up and compensated throughout the process, with a focus on helping homeowners and growing your client base.

The role emphasizes in-home engagement and building trust at the kitchen table. Top performers can earn substantial commissions; you’ll receive comprehensive training, benefits after introductory period, and ongoing development through weekly and one-on-one sessions with senior

Trinity Total Home is hiring Direct Sales Associates. Whether you have years of sales experience or you're looking for a change, you'll be trained from the ground up and compensated throughout the process.

What We Offer

• Commission structure with annual earnings between $100,000 and $250,000, based on performance
• Hands-on training from the top producing reps and managers in your office
• $4,000 in paid training over your first 8 weeks, while you learn our products and process
