Blueprint Search Group seeks a Regional In-Home Sales Representative to help homeowners improve and protect their homes with premium remodeling solutions.

You will meet with pre-qualified homeowners at scheduled appointments, present the right solution, and close the sale. We provide leads, so no cold calling or door knocking is required. Top performers can earn a substantial six-figure income with uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Proven success in in-home sales or residential remodeling sales.
• Strong closing and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable conducting in-home consultations with homeowners.
• Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners at pre-scheduled appointments generated by our marketing and inside sales teams.
• Conduct in-home consultations to evaluate customer needs.
• Educate homeowners on available products, materials, financing options, and project solutions.
• Prepare and present accurate project estimates and proposals.
• Build trust through a consultative, customer-first sales approach.
• Follow up with prospective customers and overcome objections professionally.
• Close sales and complete all required documentation.
• Coordinate with operations and production teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Maintain accurate customer information within the CRM.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales goals.
• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity throughout every customer interaction.
