Job summary

Clear Choice Remodeling is recruiting an experienced In-Home Sales Representative to meet homeowners, present customized bath remodeling and window solutions, and guide them through the remodeling journey. This face-to-face role centers on pre-qualified appointments and a high-value sales process.

You will use an iPad-based system to generate designs, provide accurate pricing, and close deals. Expect comprehensive training, health benefits, and a flexible, commission-driven compensation model

Qualifications

• Proven experience in in-home or high-ticket sales.
• Home improvement sales experience preferred (bath, windows, roofing, siding, kitchens, flooring).
• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills.
• Professional appearance and excellent customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional in-home consultations with pre-qualified homeowners.
• Use our proprietary iPad-based sales system to create customized designs.
• Present bath remodeling and window solutions based on customer needs.
• Provide accurate pricing and close sales.
• Maintain customer information and follow company sales processes.
• Participate in weekly sales training to sharpen your skills and maximize performance.
