Clear Choice Remodeling | Bath & Window Sales in Austin, TX is seeking an experienced In-Home Sales Representative to join a growing remodeling company.

You will meet with homeowners, present customized bath and window solutions, and guide customers through the sales process. This outside role offers commission-based compensation with six-figure earning potential and comprehensive training.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in in-home sales or high-ticket sales.
• Home improvement experience preferred (bath, windows, roofing, siding, kitchens, flooring, or similar).
• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills.
• Professional appearance and excellent customer service abilities.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional in-home consultations with pre-qualified homeowners.
• Use our iPad-based sales system to create customized designs.
• Present bath remodeling and window solutions based on customer needs.
• Provide accurate pricing and close sales.
• Maintain customer information and follow company sales processes.
• Participate in weekly sales training to sharpen skills and maximize performance.
