S&G Carpet is looking for an In-Home Sales Consultant to cover Alameda and Contra Costa Counties. You will meet customers in their homes to measure and bid floor coverings, close deals in person, and leverage warm leads. No flooring experience is required; training and leads are provided, and a company vehicle is included.

The role is full-time with a base salary of $60,000 plus commission. Earnings can reach $85,000–$95,000 per year, with benefits including medical, vision, dental, and a 401K

Responsibilities

• Represent S&G Carpet while partnering with the country’s largest big box wholesale retailer.
• Receive warm leads and meet customers in their homes to measure and bid their floor covering projects.
• Close in the home whenever possible.
• Cover weekly roadshows to help generate additional leads.
• Work closely with a supportive, service-focused team.
