Job summary

MidSouth CrawlSpace Solutions in Florence, MS is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to guide homeowners in protecting their homes. You will attend pre-scheduled appointments, perform in-home inspections, and offer tailored solutions with company-provided leads and vehicle.

This is 100% commission-based, with top performers earning $100,000 to $200,000+ per year. Earned pay is supported by comprehensive paid training and a graduation bonus after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Requires a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Capability to travel and stay out of town overnight.
• Pre-employment screening includes driving record and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Attend pre-scheduled appointments through company-provided leads using a company-provided vehicle.
• Perform in-home inspections, conduct detailed consultations, and offer customized solutions to meet homeowners’ needs.
• Aim to meet and surpass sales goals while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
