Job summary

Renuity is seeking a Field Sales Representative to drive in-home demonstrations and sales for Kohler-backed products. All appointments are company generated, with weekday evenings and some Saturdays required to meet clients at their homes across the state.

You’ll complete Kohler-specific training, present precise estimates, document visits, and build lasting customer relationships to fuel repeat business, earning an uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• Previous success with in-home sales (home-improvement experience a plus)
• High professionalism with strong closing skills
• Excellent communication and active listening abilities
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and access to a laptop or tablet
• Ability to learn new mobile technology and travel to customers’ homes across the state
• Willingness to continuously learn and improve
• Valid driver’s license
