Renuity, LLC is actively hiring a Field Sales Representative to meet clients in their homes and present our home improvement solutions. You will leverage Kohler products and a proven process to close deals with Minimal cold calling and strong support from a national brand.

You’ll work a schedule that includes some weekday evenings and Saturdays, with comprehensive benefits and a clear path to six-figure earnings through commissions. Join a growing team modernizing the home improvement experience.

Qualifications

• Previous success with in-home sales (home-improvement-specific experience a plus).
• High professionalism with incredible closing skills.
• Great communication and listening skills with the ability to easily connect with various personalities.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and access to a Laptop or Tablet.
• The ability to learn new mobile technology and drive to customers’ homes throughout the State.
• A willingness to continuously learn and improve.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Complete Kohler-specific sales training.
• Meet with potential clients in their homes, demonstrating products and services (weekday evenings and Saturdays required).
• Provide timely presentations, accurate estimates, and detailed documentation.
• Develop as a professional expert delivering customer service that drives repeat business.
