Renuity, a leader in home improvement, is seeking a Field Sales Representative to meet with homeowners in Minnesota, present our offerings, and close deals. All appointments are company-generated, reducing cold calling and maximizing field time.

You will guide clients from first contact to completion, ensuring accurate estimates and robust follow-up. Top candidates will have proven in-home sales success, excellent communication and closing abilities, and comfort with mobile tech.

Qualifications

• Previous success with in-home sales (home-improvement-specific experience a plus).
• High professionalism with incredible closing skills.
• Great communication and listening skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and access to a Laptop or Tablet.
• The ability to learn new mobile technology and drive to customers’ homes throughout the State.
• A willingness to continuously learn and improve.
• Valid driver’s license.
