Job summary

Renuity Field Sales Representative helps homeowners upgrade their homes with Kohler-brand products, meeting clients in their homes to present estimates and close deals. You’ll deliver timely presentations, accurate estimates, and document outcomes to generate repeat business.

All appointments are company generated; earn 150k–300k annually through pre‑tax commissions. First 90 days: 9% commission, after 90 days: 10%.

Qualifications

• In-home sales experience is a plus.
• High professionalism with strong closing skills.
• Excellent communication and listening abilities.
• Must have access to a Laptop or Tablet and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel to customers’ homes across the State.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Meet with potential clients in their homes to present products and services.
• Provide timely presentations, accurate estimates, and detailed documentation.
