Bath Planet of Spokane is seeking a hands-on Selling Sales Manager to lead an in-home sales team, close deals in the field, and coach reps in real time. You will drive performance daily and manage the team in a fast-paced, high-earning environment.

The role demands leadership, a proven one-call close, and comfort with CRM tools. A strong track record in home improvement sales and mentoring others is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in home improvement sales (required)
• 5+ years in-home sales experience strongly preferred
• Proven one-call close experience (1-day sales cycle)
• Prior sales leadership or management experience preferred
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• High-energy, competitive, and results-driven mindset
• Comfortable with technology (iPads, CRM systems, digital contracts)

Responsibilities

• Review and manage appointments set by the Inside Sales team
• Run a minimum of 5 in-home leads per week (training + revenue generation)
• Support reps in-home to help close deals
• Handle cancel/save opportunities to recover lost revenue
• Partner with the rehash team to maximize conversions
• Track and drive individual and team performance metrics
• Deliver hands-on coaching, training, and development
• Set expectations and hold the team accountable to results
