Qualifications

• Proven success in in-home sales, preferably in home improvement or remodeling.
• Prior experience leading, coaching, or training a sales team.
• Strong closer who leads by example through personal production.

Responsibilities

• Run in-home sales appointments, providing live coaching and support.
• Recruit, train, and mentor in-home sales representatives.
• Analyze KPIs, deliver feedback, and implement performance improvement plans.
• Conduct ongoing training sessions on product knowledge and sales strategy.
• Assist sales reps during difficult appointments and help close deals.
• Handle cancel-save appointments to maximize conversion.
