Home Genius Exteriors is seeking top-performing sales professionals for a two-quarter Sales Manager in Training track designed to accelerate your path into leadership within a fast-growing nationwide home improvement company. You will master our in-home sales process and close high-ticket projects while mentoring others.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven sales success within the home improvement or similar industry.
• Track record of generating $2M+ in annual revenue and/or maintaining elite closing percentages
• Experience selling high-ticket products or services
• Strong communication, leadership potential, and a competitive mindset
• Desire to grow into sales leadership and build a high-performing team

Responsibilities

• Master our in-home sales system
• Sell windows, roofing, siding, gutters, and doors
• Lead by example and set the standard for performance and culture
• Demonstrate consistent accountability, professionalism, and a work ethic
• Meet all Key Performance Bench Marks
• Mentor and develop new sales representatives through ride-alongs and coaching
• Lead team huddles, trainings, and sales meetings
• Drive team culture, accountability, and performance
• Assist in onboarding and developing future top producers
• Meet all Key Performance Bench Marks
