Ideal candidates have proven in-home sales experience, strong closing ability, and exceptional communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proven in-home or outside sales experience in home improvement or related fields.
• Strong closing ability with a track record of high performance.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Run pre-set, qualified in-home appointments with homeowners.
• Present roofing, siding, windows, and exterior solutions in a professional, consultative manner.
• Build trust through honest evaluations and transparent pricing.
• Close high-ticket residential contracts and manage the full sales cycle from inspection to signed agreement.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Accurately document inspections, estimates, and contracts.
• Represent Elevation Exteriors with integrity, professionalism, and respect at all times.
