Job summary

3 Day Blinds (Sales) is seeking a Design Consultant to meet clients in their homes, design custom window treatments, and guide them to a confident buying decision in a single visit. Company-provided appointments, paid training, and uncapped earning potential drive a high-impact career from day one.

This is a full-time opportunity. You’ll earn through uncapped commissions with average earnings around 70K–100K+, plus benefits and growth within a national brand.

Qualifications

No prior design experience required — training provided.
Ability to meet clients in their homes and design tailored window treatments.
Strong time management and scheduling.

Responsibilities

Meet with clients in their homes to understand needs and recommend window treatments.
Create design solutions tailored to client style and budget.
Guide clients through the buying process and close sales in the home.
Manage your schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
Build additional business through referrals and local networking.
Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to installation.
