Job summary

Sears in Nashville, TN seeks Project Sales Consultants as part of the In-Home Outside Sales Team. This full-time position is 100% commission with benefits; reps typically earn between $45K-$80K and top performers up to $90k+ annually.

Consultants travel within approx 2 hours of home zip code to visits scheduled by National Sales center, not door-to-door. You'll receive pre-confirmed appointments, a laptop with design software, medical/dental/vision coverage, and paid training.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license and carry required level of automobile insurance.
• Ability to lift sample cases up to 40 lbs.
• Must be computer proficient.
• Ability to work a 5 day work week, including Saturdays.
• Ability to travel within local market area using a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Travel to appointments in local market area using a personal vehicle.
• Negotiate contracts and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Provide excellent customer service and insights to improve customers’ lives.
• Maintain pre-confirmed and pre-set appointments with customers.
• Operate with a computer and scheduling tools to manage appointments.
