Job summary

3 Day Blinds is recruiting an in-home design consultant who meets clients in their homes to assess needs and recommend the right custom window treatments, guiding them through the buying process.

You’ll manage your own schedule, travel locally, and build your business through referrals; uncapped commissions average $70K-$100K+ with top performers earning more. We provide appointments, 3 weeks of training, mileage reimbursement, and full benefits as you grow with a national brand.

Qualifications

• A natural people person who enjoys building relationships and helping others make decisions they feel great about.
• Motivated by performance and excited by uncapped earning potential.
• Confident, coachable, and comfortable working independently in the field.
• Organized and able to manage multiple appointments across the week.
• Flexible to work at least one weekend day, and 4 days during the week.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand their needs and recommend the right custom window treatments for every space.
• Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to each client's style and budget.
• Guide clients through the buying process and confidently close sales in the home.
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Build additional business through referrals and local networking.
• Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation.
