3 Day Blinds designs and installs custom window treatments. As a Design Consultant you’ll meet clients in their homes, design beautiful solutions, and guide them to a confident purchase in a single visit.

You’ll manage your own schedule with company-provided appointments, earn uncapped commissions, and receive paid training, benefits, and product samples as you build a high-impact career in a national brand.

Qualifications

• No prior design experience required; training provided.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client meetings and close sales.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand needs and recommend window treatments.
• Design simple, beautiful solutions tailored to client style and budget.
• Guide clients through the buying process and close sales in the home.
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Build additional business through referrals and local networking.
• Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to installation.
