Mid Atlantic Kitchen & Bath seeks motivated In-Home Sales Consultants to join our growing team in Ocean City, MD. This is a 100% commission-based role with $150,000 to $200,000+ annual earning potential, supported by pre-qualified appointments and industry-leading training.

You will conduct in-home design consultations, demonstrate products, and help homeowners select remodeling solutions while guiding them through pricing and financing options.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• In-home sales, home improvement, remodeling, or construction experience is a plus.
