Job summary

Mid Atlantic Kitchen & Bath is seeking an In-Home Sales Consultant to meet with pre-qualified homeowners, conduct in-home design consultations, and close remodeling projects. This role offers substantial income potential through a 100% commission-based structure and no cap on earnings.

Based in Ocean City, MD, you’ll leverage proprietary sales technology and be supported by pre-qualified appointments, ongoing training, and strong market demand for premium bathroom remodeling solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous sales experience preferred.
• In-home sales, home improvement, remodeling, or construction experience is a plus.
