Home Genius Exteriors is seeking bold sales professionals for a full-time, W-2 role where 90% of the work is done for you before you meet the customer. Elmhurst, IL-based, you’ll close deals and help launch our newest market.

You’ll meet 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily, deliver in-home presentations, and grow through elite training and mentorship, with a team-first environment that promotes from within.

In this role, we’re looking for closers.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily
• Deliver engaging, in home sales presentations
• Grow fast through elite training & mentorship (we only promote from within)
• Enjoy a supportive, team-first environment

What You’ll Get

• $100,000–$300,000+ per year with a 70% advance up front & no cap on commissions
• Weekly pay every Friday
