Home Genius Exteriors in the United States is hiring a Home Remodeling Expert to close high-ticket in-home projects. As a full-time W-2 Outside Sales Representative, you’ll meet 8-12 pre-qualified homeowners weekly, present solutions, and close deals with uncapped commissions.

Average first-year earnings range from $150K to $200K, with top performers earning $300K+. Hybrid work schedule available in Cherry Hill, NJ, with ongoing sales training and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset.
• Weekend availability (6 days/week) is expected.

Responsabilités

• Meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily.
