Home Genius Exteriors, a fast-growing home improvement company, is seeking a full-time In Home Sales Closer in Somerset, NJ.

You will meet 8-12 pre-qualified homeowners each week, deliver in-home presentations, recommend solutions, and close high-ticket sales with uncapped commissions. Average first-year earnings are $150K-$200K, with top performers earning $300K+. This role offers a hybrid schedule and substantial growth opportunities through ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred, not required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required (Drive times 30-90 minutes from home).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset.
• Weekend availability (6 days/week).
• Industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily.
• Inspect homes and recommend roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors.
• Present financing options and close sales.
• Build lasting customer relationships.
• Participate in ongoing sales training.
