Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors is hiring a Home Remodeling Expert (In Home Sales Closer!). Earn $150K–$200K on average in your first year with uncapped commissions, with top performers at $300K+. This full-time W-2 role is hybrid with pre-qualified homeowner appointments.

You will meet with 8–12 homeowners weekly, present solutions, and close high-ticket sales while building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required (drive times 30–90 minutes from home).
• Sales experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset; weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily.
• Inspect homes and recommend roofing, siding, windows, gutters and doors.
• Present financing options and close sales.
• Build lasting customer relationships.
• Participate in ongoing sales training.
