$85,000 to $135,000 in year one for a designer running a consistent schedule. 10% of every sale. No cap. Monthly and annual bonuses. We fill your calendar with company generated leads. No cold calling. No prospecting.

The Work
You sit at a kitchen table with a homeowner who has lived with a problem for years. She has tried the plastic containers and drawers that offer so much promise and so little in practice. She has tried reorganizing. Nothing worked because the space is the problem, not how she uses it. Your job is to understand her, design the solution, present the price, and close.

She will hesitate. She will want to compare. She will want to think about it. You stay in the chair. Most people avoid that moment. You sit in it.
