Job summary

Franciscus Roofing, part of the Alloy Roofing family, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Westlake, OH. You will meet with pre-set homeowner appointments, present roof solutions using iPad tools, and close deals with uncapped commission.

Training is fully paid for four weeks, with ongoing coaching to help you succeed. Top performers come from diverse backgrounds; coaching and a proven process support your growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for in-home presentations.
• Ability to close deals and handle objections professionally.
• Comfort with using CRM tools to manage leads and pipeline.
• Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Meet with pre-set, pre-qualified homeowner appointments and close sales.
• Deliver consultative in-home presentations using our process and iPad tools.
• Assess homeowner needs and design roofing solutions on-site.
• Negotiate terms and prepare purchase agreements and contracts.
• Manage your pipeline and activity in our CRM with accuracy and follow-through.
• Participate in ongoing coaching and training to develop selling skills.
