Pro Resources Staffing Services is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for a local roofing company in Fort Wayne, IN. This role focuses on meeting customers face-to-face, building relationships, and working independently. Training is provided and earning potential is commission-based.

You will develop and close sales opportunities, present roofing solutions, and travel to customer sites as needed. This is a full-time, on-site position with uncapped commission and a clear path to success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Roofing experience is not required – training is provided

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers in person and build strong relationships
• Develop and maintain long-term customer connections
• Present roofing solutions and guide customers through the sales process
• Generate and close sales opportunities
• Communicate professionally with customers throughout the process
• Work independently and stay motivated without constant supervision
• Be comfortable working outdoors and climbing roofs when necessary
