Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and background check.
• Comfortable working on roofs, climbing ladders, and accessing attics.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Ability to present complex information clearly.
• Experience using CRM software (ServiceTitan) and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home inspections and consultations daily.
• Diagnose homeowner needs and recommend roofing/exterior solutions.
• Present scope, pricing, and financing options with clarity.
• Guide homeowners through the consultation process from inspection to agreement.
• Complete contracts and documentation in ServiceTitan.
• Travel locally to customer homes as a field-based role.
