Southern National Roofing is hiring in-home closers. Every appointment is pre-qualified and confirmed by our in-house call center. You show up, run the process, and close. No cold calling or door knocking.

You'll meet with 2-3 pre-qualified homeowners per shift, inspect the roof, present the solution and financing, and close on the first visit. A paid two-week training in Charlotte, NC starts you on a proven closing system.

Qualifications

• Meet with homeowners to assess roofing needs and present solutions.
• Demonstrate strong closing skills to convert visits into sales.
• Leverage pre-qualified appointments and company support to maximize close rate.

Responsabilités

• Hand the project to the install team after closing.
