Job summary

Southern National Roofing is seeking in-home sales closers in the United States. Each appointment is set and confirmed by our in-house call center; you show up, run the process, and close.

A paid two-week training in Charlotte, NC ensures you learn a proven, step-by-step closing system with ongoing coaching. Appointments are 1pm or 6pm on weekdays and 10am/2pm on Saturdays, with 8–12 confirmed visits weekly and a $500 weekly draw against commission.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• Willing to travel to Charlotte, NC for paid training.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
• Evening and weekend availability may be required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with 2-3 pre-qualified homeowners.
• Inspect the home and diagnose the roof.
• Present the solution and financing.
• Close on the first visit with one-call-close appointments.
• Hand it off to an install team that moves fast.
