Southern National Roofing is seeking an In-Home Sales Closer to join our team in the United States. You will close pre-qualified appointments set by our in-house call center, with no cold calling or door knocking required.

Expect uncapped earnings from 150,000 to 250,000 per year, with weekly draw against commission and monthly bonuses. Training is provided, and you’ll work with a proven process to convert consultations into installations.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred, not required.
• Coachable and competitive with a strong work ethic.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Meet with 2-3 pre-qualified homeowners.
• Inspect the home and diagnose the roof.
• Present the solution and the financing.
• Close on the first visit.
• Hand it to an install team and move on.
