Southern National Roofing is hiring in-home closers. Every appointment is set and confirmed by our in-house call center. No cold calling, no door knocking, no self-generating leads. You show up, run the process, and close.

Appointments are pre-qualified and scheduled, with paid two-week training in Charlotte, NC. Earn on-target earnings from $150,000 to $250,000 with weekly draws and monthly bonuses as you close high-ticket roof projects.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred, not required.
• Ability to close on first visit is essential.
• Comfort presenting in homeowner living rooms and using a tablet.

Responsibilities

• Meet with 2–3 pre-qualified homeowners each week.
• Inspect the home and diagnose the roof.
• Present the solution and the financing.
• Close on the first visit with pre-qualified appointments.
