Job summary

Southern National Roofing seeks in-home sales closers. All appointments are scheduled and confirmed by our in-house call center. You will meet homeowners, assess roofing needs, present financing options, and close on the first visit with no cold calling.

Training is paid and conducted in Charlotte, NC, with ongoing coaching and a clear path for advancement across multiple markets. Expect a six-day work week with evening appointments and robust earning potential.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred but not required.
• Must have valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and current auto insurance.
• Be willing to travel to Charlotte for paid training.
• Evening and Saturday availability required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with 2–3 pre-qualified homeowners per day.
• Inspect the home, diagnose the roof and present solutions.
• Close on first visit and transition to installation team.
