Job summary

Southern National Roofing is hiring in-home closers. Every appointment is set and confirmed by our in-house call center. No cold calling, no door knocking, no self-generating leads.

Meets 2–3 pre-qualified homeowners per day, inspects the roof, presents the solution and financing, and closes on the first visit. Training is paid in Charlotte, NC, and the role includes a six-day week with afternoon appointments and ongoing coaching.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred, not required.
• Best closers come from car sales, retail, or service roles.

Responsibilities

• Meet with 2–3 pre-qualified homeowners each day.
• Inspect the roof and diagnose the needs.
• Present the solution and financing options.
• Close on the first visit.
• Hand off to the install team and move on.
• No prospecting or pipeline building required.
