Job summary

Giving Home Health Care, LLC is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home patient care in the Augusta, GA area. This 1099 contract role supports care in patients’ homes with flexible shifts, ranging from weekly visits to 12-hour blocks, including weekends.

You will collaborate with CNAs, HHA's, case managers, and physicians to deliver personalized care. Responsibilities include executing care plans, documenting care, administering medications, and coordinating with family

Qualifications

• Current State or Compact License as a Registered Nurse.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Execute physician-prescribed plans of care.
• Complete compliant documentation in the system of record.
• Manage and administer prescribed medication, treatment, and therapies.
• Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care.
• Provide patient education and training to patient and family.
