Rival in Gainesboro, TN seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient care in patients' homes under physician care plans. This is a 1099 contract opportunity with flexible scheduling from weekly visits to full 6-hour shifts for varying acuity levels.

Shifts are 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with offers contingent on a background check. You will coordinate with CNAs, HHAs, case managers and physicians to deliver high-quality home health care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program with an RN license.
• Current CPR certification and ability to obtain/maintain insurance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for patient family interactions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and maneuver in a home setting.

Responsabilités

• Execute physician prescribed plans of care.
• Complete compliant documentation of care provided in the system of record.
• Manage and administer prescribed medication, treatment, and therapies.
• Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care.
• Perform activities of daily living and monitor vitals.
• Assess skin integrity and administer wound care.
• Communicate with family, physicians, and case managers.
• Provide education and training to patients and families.
• Collaborate with and supervise CNAs/HBAs and other aides.
• Perform other personal care services as necessary.
