Dependable Nurses, Inc. in Mesa, AZ is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for one-on-one in-home nursing care.

This full-time role offers flexible days and hours to provide consistent, individualized care for a medically fragile patient in the local area. Nurses will follow physician orders, administer medications, and document care while maintaining strict infection-prevention practices.

Qualifications

• Current Arizona RN or LPN License (Compact License accepted).
• Current BLS Certification.
• Valid Arizona Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Current TB test or chest X-ray within the past 12 months.
• Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Article 9 Certification (or willingness to obtain- we can assist)

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in the patient's home
• Follow physician orders and individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Perform patient assessments and monitor changes in condition
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Communicate effectively with physicians, family, and the clinical team
• Assist with activities of daily living as appropriate
• Maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment
• Follow enhanced infection-prevention practices appropriate to the patient's medical needs
