Job summary

NurseCore is hiring qualified, experienced registered nurses for in-home patient care in Texas. You’ll provide hands-on support for tracheostomy care, ventilator monitoring, G-tube management, and medication administration while following care plans and physician orders.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of post-graduate nursing experience, an active Texas RN license, CPR certification, and a recent TB test.

Qualifications

• Must hold RN license active in Texas.
• Minimum 1 year of post-graduate nursing experience.
• Recent hands-on experience with tracheostomy care, ventilators, and G-tubes.
• Current hands-on CPR certification.
• Negative TB test within last 12 months.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

• Assess patient status, identify changes in condition, and respond appropriately to respiratory needs and vent alarms.
• Follow individualized care plans and physician orders while providing safe, independent care in the home.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the clinical care team to support quality outcomes.

What You’ll Need:

• Active RNin Texas
• At least one year of post-graduate nursing experience.
• Recent hands-on experience caring for patients with G-tubes, tracheostomies, and ventilators.
• Current hands-on CPR certification .
