Job summary

Professional Case Management is seeking licensed RNs to provide in-home care in Edgefield, SC. Work Part-Time or Full-Time with the flexibility to set your own schedule and maintain one-on-one patient relationships. Benefits include healthcare coverage and weekly pay.

Responsibilities include assessing health status, reviewing plans of care, administering medications, and maintaining a safe care environment in patients' homes. New grads welcome, CPR and TB testing required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved school of professional nursing (BSN preferred).
• Current, unrestricted RN license in the state(s) of practice.
• New grads welcome.
• Current CPR certification and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate health status of assigned clients.
• Review plan of care to evaluate client response to interventions.
• Verify medical orders and administer prescribed medications.
• Maintain safe and effective care environment for clients and coworkers.
