Professional Case Management in Hephzibah, GA is hiring RNs for in-home care on a part-time or full-time basis. You will assess patients, review plans of care, administer medications, and maintain safe home environments while delivering compassionate, individualized care. New grads welcome and CPR/TB testing required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved school of professional nursing (BSN preferred).
• Current, unrestricted license as an RN in the state(s) of practice
• New grads welcome
• Current CPR certification and TB test

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate health status of assigned clients
• Review plan of care to evaluate client response to interventions
• Verify medical orders are accurate and administer prescribed medications
• Maintain safe and effective care/environment for clients and coworkers
• Perform job in compliance with Agency policies, procedures, and community standards
• Practice nursing with respect for individual, cultural, and spiritual differences
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
