Professional Case Management is actively seeking RN professionals to provide in-home care in Ridge Spring, SC. You can craft your own schedule, choosing Part-Time or Full-Time roles, with weekly pay and the chance to build one-on-one relationships with clients in their homes.

We offer healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision. New grads are welcome; CPR certification and TB test are required. Join a team dedicated to compassionate, in-home nursing services.

Qualificações

• Graduate of state-approved nursing program (BSN preferred).
• Current, unrestricted RN license in the state(s) of practice.
• New grads welcome.
• CPR certification and TB test completed.

Responsabilidades

• Assess and evaluate health status of assigned clients
• Review plan of care to evaluate client response to interventions
• Verify medical orders are accurate and administer prescribed medications
• Maintain safe and effective care/environment for clients and coworkers
• Practice nursing with respect for individual, cultural, and spiritual differences
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
