Professional Case Management (PCM) is hiring Registered Nurses for in-home health care in Hephzibah, GA. Roles available as part-time and full-time positions with weekly pay. Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved nursing program.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in state(s) of practice.
• CPR certification and TB test completed.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate health status of assigned clients.
• Review plan of care and monitor client response to interventions.
• Verify medical orders and administer prescribed medications.
• Maintain safe care environment for clients and coworkers.
• Comply with agency policies and community standards.
• Communicate observations and assessments clearly.
